Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using Standard Shipping only. Express and Overnight shipping requires a physical street address.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. Changes can only be made before the order ships. Once shipped, address modifications are not possible.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping service available for $4.99 per item. Add a personalized message at no extra charge. Select during checkout.

Weather Delays

Severe weather conditions may cause shipping delays beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if your delivery is affected.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" page. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment.
What if I'm not home when my package arrives?
For Standard and Express shipping, the carrier will leave the package at your door or a secure location. For Overnight shipping with signature requirement, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at their facility for pickup.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the box appears damaged, take photos before opening. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package and items. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Can I expedite an existing order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately. We may be able to upgrade your shipping method for an additional fee. Once an order has shipped, the shipping method cannot be changed.
Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days. These addresses are treated as domestic shipments with the same rates as Standard Shipping.
Are there any hidden shipping fees?
No hidden fees! The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final price. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
